16 Rejoice always, 17 pray continually, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

These days I'm really being challenged to be joyful in the Lord at all times. It's so hard to do, especially when I think things are going wrong in my life. However, I pray that through the Spirit I may continually find peace and joy in Christ. I know in my heart that God is sovereign and knows what's best for us, but living it out in my life is something I can only do through constant prayer.
