My dear brothers, take note of this: everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, for man's anger does not bring about the righteous life that God desires.

This passage stood out to me this week. It is very hard to listen and simply talk about myself. Also it is difficult for me to be at peace. If the holy spirit resides in me, this shouldn't be an issue, but I always have at least small portion of frustration/ anger in me. I want a true joy of receiving the belief.
